ROOFENCE Exhibition 2027 is the launch edition, held 7 to 9 May 2027 in Hall 3, Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai. It is timed against a roofing market worth USD 7.7–8.6 billion in India today and projected to reach USD 11.7–11.9 billion by 2031–2034, of which South India holds the largest regional share at 31.5%.
Metal roofing already accounts for over a quarter of the national market, colour-coated sheets are projected to grow from roughly a third of roofing demand today to over 40% by 2030, and the industrial roofing and warehousing segment is growing at 12–15% a year.
