These Exhibitor Terms govern participation as an exhibitor at ROOFENCE Exhibition 2027. All confirmed exhibitors are bound by these terms in addition to the General Terms & Conditions.

50% advance confirms the booking; balance per the payment schedule on Stand Options & Tariff.
Cancellation charges apply as per the participation contract; advances are non-refundable after allocation.
Allocation is at the organiser’s discretion, on a first-come, first-served basis within categories.
All construction must comply with venue rules and be completed within the build-up schedule.
Timings will be published in the Exhibitor Manual; late removal may attract venue charges.
Exhibitors must operate within their stand, respect neighbouring stands and follow safety instructions.
Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their exhibits, property and personnel.
Exhibitors warrant that displayed products and materials do not infringe third-party rights.
The organiser may photograph/record the event for promotion; exhibitors consent to reasonable use.
The organiser is not liable for changes or cancellation caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Laws of India; courts at Chennai.
These terms plus the participation contract form the entire agreement.
